Sex act over too fast:

Premature ejaculation (PE), also known as, rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax or early ejaculation, is a very common sexual problem in men, affecting 25%-40% of them. It indicates a lack of control over ejaculation. With milder forms of premature ejaculation, the man penetrates the vagina and carries out the act but the woman does not get satisfaction through orgasm when the man is finished with his part. But then, many women, especially in India, never get orgasm, because the men are self-centred and never bother about the feelings of the woman. In more severe cases, premature ejaculation occurs even before the penis penetrates the vagina. The semen spills all over the woman’s thighs and external genitals. This causes embarrassment to both partners, because their intimacy lasts just a few moments and then they don’t know what to do with each other.

The real answer to premature ejaculation is again relaxation and slow foreplay with the partner instead of rushing in to finish off the act. Experts feel that a start and stop technique is an effective way increase the time till ejaculation, but this requires a great deal of couple cooperation and communication and may be difficult for some. An improvement of the start-stop method is the squeeze technique, which works as follows:

  • Step 1. Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
  • Step 2. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes.
  • Step 3. After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30 seconds, then go back to foreplay. You may notice that squeezing the penis causes it to become less erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it soon regains full erection.
  • Step 4. If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your partner repeat the squeeze process.
  • By repeating this as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation may become a habit that no longer requires the squeeze technique.
